Relationshipmarking is targeted at building stronger and long lasting relationship withcustomer and business partner. It involves both CRM and PRM.
Althoughvalue is created by a firm,it should be interpreted from consumer’s viewpoints.
Customerperceived value is an overall evaluation of all the benefits and costs ofobtaining and using a product.
Customersatisfaction is a customer’s feeling of pleasure or disappointment resulting fromthe purchase and consumption of a product . It affects customers’ loyalty, word-of-mouth, repurchaseintention, and thus business sustainability.
Customerexpectation management should be practiced carefully to avoid customers’ over-expectation of product performance.
If the major causeof a product’s poor performance is controllable by a firm and is likely to happenagain, customers will be dissatisfied.
Customersatisfaction is often detected using questionnaire survey method.
Complaint andsuggestion system is used to collect, understand , and take care of customeropinions.
